A main water supply and sewer system will be constructed for the Olleronvaara tourism area, with completion expected in June 2025. Tenants in the area will construct the water and sewer connections from the main network to their own building sites at their own expense. The cost of the main network incurred by the city will be capitalized into the rent of the building plots. A fiber optic network will also be built in the area. The tenant is responsible for ordering the fiber optic connection and related services directly from Neve Oy.
A newly established road maintenance association will be responsible for upgrading and maintaining the road infrastructure in the area.
